Shipping, returns, warranty

Shipping Policy
Every order rolls out of the Culver City building where the wheels are born. Most of them leave the same day.
- Free shipping over $65 to the lower 48 US states.
- Same-day shipping on orders placed by 11am Pacific, Monday to Friday
- Duties and/or taxes are calculated at checkout, so nothing surprises you at the door

Returns & Refund Policy
Sometimes a wheel and a rider just aren't right for each other. No hard feelings.
- 30 days from delivery, unridden and as new
- Looking is fine. Riding voids the return
- Refunds go back to your card within 3 to 5 business days of arriving here

Limited Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind every wheel and bushing we pour. Wear is a wheel doing its job; a defect is on us.
- Original owner, bought new from an authorized dealer
- Covers cores separating, voids in the urethane, cracked cores, split bushings
- Does not cover coning, flat spots, curbs or wildebeest migrations
