Orangatang stands behind each and every one of our products. If you are not satisfied with one of our products upon receipt, please return the unused product to the store you bought it from or to Orangatang for a replacement or a full refund.
Every new Loaded skateboard deck or snowboard is covered by our lifetime, original owner limited warranty.
The Loaded process of making kick-ass boards yields a highly functional and extremely durable product. Loaded is dedicated to innovation, performance and quality. We encourage skaters to ride our boards to their fullest potential. With that said, nothing lasts forever and an old beaten-up board will need replacing. However, our boards should be able to handle the rigors of regular skateboard riding. That's why we've created our Warranty Policy:
Warranty Policy
All Loaded skateboard decks and snowboards are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defect for the lifetime of the original owner. If for any reason you feel that our product does not meet your expectations for material integrity or build quality, please contact the place of purchase, or Loaded Boards directly to discuss your concerns. Our limited warranty does not cover products damaged by normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents, fire, the implosion of the sun, or damages caused by uses other than intended. Our boards are not built to be bumper cars. If your board impacts or smashes into curbs, walls, bactrian camels, or cars, they will likely break, and are not covered under our warranty. We do however have a sub-clause that covers all damages arising from any encounter with wildebeest migrations, meteor impacts and/or Segway festivals.
Loaded Boards reserves the right, as we see fair, to either repair or replace any Loaded Product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary.
Proof of Purchase
All warranty clams require proof of purchase of your Orangatang product. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is void if your product was purchased from another person or an unauthorized dealer (including, without limitation, Craigslist, Ebay, a corner lemonade stand, they "fell off the back of a truck", etc). Eligibility
This warranty applies to all new Loaded skateboard and snowboard decks purchased since January 1st, 2014
Warranty Guidelines
If you’re having problems with your product, please contact your local shop or distributor or contact us directly via our contact page.
If you submit your claim via our website, we will check out your submission and determine if we deem that your product may be eligible for warranty. If so, we will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and we will have you send your deck or snowboard along with RA# to us at the following address for inspection:

Please make sure that the shipping is prepaid, the package is insured for full replacement value and you use a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number. Please mark the areas in question on the product with colored tape or masking tape, so we can find them easily, and make sure that your note describes their location and includes your RA#.
If we deem that your product is eligible for warranty we will replace and send it back to you at our cost.
Returns
30-DAY RETURN POLICY ON UNUSED PRODUCT
If you ordered our product and do not want it for any reason, you may return it to us within the first 30 days from when the product reaches your shipping address. Here's what you need to do:
1. Within the 30-day timeframe, you MUST notify our team by email at dontwalk@loadedboards.com stating your decision to return the product.
2. You MUST send the unused product back to us within 30 days of informing us that you want a refund.
3. Customers looking to return their product will be required to pay their own return shipping costs.
4. Product should return to our offices in as-new, unused condition, in its original packaging.
5. We will provide you with the refund as soon as we confirm the product has reached our office and is in as-new condition.
Returns that do not meet these criteria will be neither refunded nor returned to the customer at Loaded Boards’s expense. Product can be returned to the customer upon request at customer’s expense.
